Hi Everyone! I am happy to see that the majority of you are staying physically active. This week you have your week 2 activity log to complete. Ms. Wilms has also made 2 videos for you to watch (they are short) on how to use Strava and Google Keep. She used Google Keep to help with time management while she was taking online courses in University and she found it really helpful. Managing your time, classes and school work might help you stay organized and hopefully less stressed. Email Ms. Wilms if you have any questions about Strava or Google Keep.
