Welcome to the Volleyball Class page for Term 4 successful completion of the 2019-20 OT course. It is challenging times for both students and teachers, but we must realize the importance of skill building and fitness during this time away from school. This will not last forever and the athletes that use this as an opportunity to maintain their strengths and improve their weaknesses will excel later and make up ground on athletes that may have had more experience or higher skill sets prior to this time away from school. Never underestimate the importance of play not only to skill build but to mentally escape and create a healthier outlook during times of resilience, frustration, solitude and stress. The following summary file labelled "Volleyball Corona" below is an outline of the remainder of the course expectations modified in order of completion:

Welcome to the SuperFIt course page for 2019-2020 School Year Course Completion. I hope you are safe, staying healthy and active during this challenging time. I miss teaching you as individual students and together as a class. This is a novel experience in my teaching career, just as it is a challenging experience for you as students. The important thing for all of us is to create routine and structure and focus on becoming better people from this opportunity. Term 4 Course completion will be based on home workout and assignment completion. It is important during this experience that we focus on active, healthy lifestyles more than ever before. Combining exercise and good nutrition helps boost your immune system and creates a more positive mental outlook as well as numerous other health benefits to your body. As our out of school experience progresses, it is important that we all respect the Government's Health and Safety protocols and policies for your home and outdoor active workouts. ****I will post a Summary outline 'Superfit Corona' of all the future Course assignments below: This is your remaining course requirements for Successful completion of the course and we will share it through our Superfit Google Classroom
